Speaking As One
Beingness Speaking: Speaking From Our Shared Being
These meetings begin from wherever each mind is, though the presumption is that we are the same impersonal, loving beingness speaking through the various minds present. This lived experience is at heart of our sharing. Starting through the power of language to point, speaking from the perspective of being the witness of experience and not identified with it, all present are gently guided into direct awareness of our shared being. No meditation techniques or spiritual methods are required. The human voice, our words, and open-minded, sincere noticing of what is already here are enough. As this becomes clear, it may be seen that our very voices are spontaneous expressions of loving beingness. From here, we enter a shared enquiry into the experiences of mind, body, and world, discovering how we all arise from and return to the same source. We may conduct experiential meditations, questions and answers, dialogue, pointing and inquiry, in a dynamic manner. Each meeting tends to follow a theme.
These are not meetings based on belief, effort, or becoming. It is a pointer back to the recognition that:
What is aware of this moment is what we are—prior to mind, unaffected by thought, untouched by change.
This presence – aware beingness - is not perceived mentally in objective terms; it is that which is aware of perceptions. It is self-evident, real, and constant, even in the absence of mental affirmation.
Through resting as awareness, and if needed, subtle inquiry, the timeless, impersonal, loving nature of being is revealed—not as an experience, but as what always is.
From this recognition:
All patterns—sensations, emotions, perceptions—are seen as modulations of this aware presence, inseparable from the knowing that knows them.
Self-referencing thoughts rooted in fear and lack dissolve, not through resistance but through the clear seeing that their premise—the separate self—has no reality.
There is a natural relaxation into the not-knowing of the mind, a resting in the effortless clarity of what is, where peace and security are no longer outcomes but givens.
In this effortless abidance:
You may take your stand as impersonal beingness, not through assertion, but in no longer affirming the false identity with form.
Life becomes an experiment in expression—not as someone doing something, but as beingness unfolding in form, with love, creativity, and quiet intelligence.
Practical thoughts arise spontaneously, free of self-centred reactivity, guiding your human life with natural care and reverence for all appearances.
Themes
In these meetings, we explore certain core themes of the understanding, known as the Six Core Inquiries (written about in the book Naturally Being. These may serve as gateways into deeper recognition, although we also remain open and flexible to follow what arises naturally:
Recognise That We Are Loving Beingness
Recognise that we are Loving Beingness itself—the conscious presence that is the source of mind, body, world, and universe. We are not the thoughts or sensations that appear, but the ever-present awareness in which they arise. Recognise the six qualities of permanent beingness: awareness, realness, never-changingness, ever-presentness, ubiquitousness, and aliveness.
Confirm the Open Not Knowing of the Mind to Stand as Impersonal Loving Beingness
Go beyond self-concepts, limiting beliefs based on the belief to be a separate self, and personal narratives by resting as open, impersonal awareness—the field in which all form arises and for which the mind has no convincing evidence is dependent on the body.
See Clearly We Are Not The Body
Reveal those bodily sensations, that through force of habit, have become the irrational source of separate identification, and clearly see you are not these—thereby dissolving this irrational habit.
Simply Being Loving Beingness
Rest as the silent aliveness of beingness—and experience the innate wholeness that is the source of psychological safety.
Listen to the Body as an Expression of Beingness
Attend to the body not as a separate or personal object, but as an innocent appearance of beingness—a transparent expression of the same impersonal awareness that gives rise to all things, including the world and universe. When left undistorted by psychological resistance, the body naturally moves toward balance and wellbeing. Its intelligence expresses itself through quiet signals of sensation and feeling, which can be lovingly received and responded to without interference.
Live as Loving Beingness
Embody this understanding in daily life. Let thoughts, emotions, actions, and relationships arise from the grounded clarity of your true nature. This is not self-improvement—it is simply the recognition of what has always been: undivided, impersonal love.
Invitation
If these words resonate, let them rest within you— not to be grasped or practised, but to gently dissolve the need for seeking.
Explore the lived truth of being not as a means to an end, but as the ever-present foundation of peace, clarity, and freedom.
There is nothing to become—only to recognise and live from what has always been.
You are welcome to engage further—through dialogue, inquiry, or shared silence—as life unfolds from the stillness of Being.
