Welcome To Was There Ever A Me?

On Online Gathering Of Dialogue On
The Realisation Of Wholeness and
Its Expression In Daily Life

Was There Ever A Me?

This gathering is for those who have already glimpsed the simplicity of beingness, and who feel called to integrate and share this recognition — personally, or within the fields of well-being, psychology, education, or community.

From this foundation, the question naturally arises:
How do I share this? How do I give voice to what cannot be spoken, in a way that honours both clarity and the embodied human experience?

In our time together, we will sit in the simplicity of what is, while also exploring how this understanding may be expressed in a holistic way — one that includes mind, body, relationships, and the natural well-being of life as it appears.

Through dialogue we will explore how beingness expresses itself through thought, sensation, and relationship, and how this can be communicated in ways that bridge non-duality with everyday human living.

A Radical Simplicity

This is not a training or a program of practices. There are no practices, paths, or states to attain. There is no school, no tradition, no dogma here — only the uncompromising simplicity of beingness, already whole and complete, including the clear seeing that the sense of separation was only ever an illusion.

It is a day of mutual sharing: sitting together in dialogue, exploring both the clarity of beingness and how it may find expression in life, mind, body, and relationship.

This day has already been offered in other settings, where it was received warmly as both clarifying and supportive for those drawn to share this recognition.

What We’ll Explore Together

Across three sessions, we will touch into:

  • How the sense of “me” appears and dissolves

  • How the mind functions without a centre

  • How living unfolds naturally through the body

What You May Receive From the Day

  • Fresh language and frameworks to communicate non-dual recognition

  • A holistic understanding that honours both clarity and embodied experience

  • Deeper ease in integrating this recognition into daily living and relationships

  • A supportive space to dialogue with others who share this resonance

  • Insight into the Universal Family metaphor as a bridge for well-being and sharing

Who Is Sharing

This gathering is offered by Freyja Theaker, whose sharing arises from lived recognition of non-duality together with her background in human needs psychology and economics. This blend of direct insight and practical frameworks brings a unique depth to exploring how non-dual recognition may be integrated and shared in an embodied, holistic way.

Freyja’s approach is unusual in that it holds together an uncompromisingly radical non-dual perspective with a clear awareness of mental well-being. This creates a rare bridge: a way of speaking about the wholeness of being that is both direct and deeply attuned to the lived human experience.
