🌿 The Universal Family For Therapists, Coaches and Health Professionals

🧭 Overview

This study program is a deep, experiential training designed for psychotherapists, counsellors, and experienced mental health professionals who wish to integrate the principles of non-dual loving beingness into their practice.

Combining contemplative inquiry and therapeutic relevance, this program supports healing from trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression by guiding practitioners into a rediscovery of intrinsic wholeness.

📘 Program Format

  • 6 × 90-Minute Sessions.

  • Complete Self-Study Package:

    • Naturally Being by Freyja

    • The Universal Family Workbook

    • Selected readings & recorded contemplations

  • Flexible pacing: one-to-one or small group (max 4)

🧘 Self-Study Commitment

Participants are encouraged to dedicate time for contemplative self-study. This includes:

  • Reading Naturally Being

  • Completing workbook exercises

  • Journaling insights

  • Listening to recorded contemplations by Freyja

  • Engaging with recommended readings and embodied practices

🔍 The Six Core Investigations

  1. Recognise That You Are Loving Beingness
    Recognise that you are Loving Beingness itself—the conscious presence that is the parent of both the adolescent mind and the child of body, world, and universe. You are not the thoughts or sensations that appear, but the ever-present awareness in which they arise.

  2. Stand as Impersonal Loving Beingness
    Go beyond self-concepts and personal narratives by resting as open, impersonal awareness—the field in which all form arises and for which the mind has no convincing evidence is dependent on the body.

  3. Being Loving Beingness
    Rest in your essential being—Loving Beingness itself—and rediscover the innate wholeness that is the source of aliveness and psychological safety.

  4. Know You Are Not Your Bodily Sensations
    Disidentify from physical sensations and recognise them as passing appearances of loving beingness.

  5. Listen to and Act on the Body’s Intelligence
    Tune into the body’s natural wisdom, supporting healing, protection, and regulation through sensitive embodied listening.

  6. Living as Loving Beingness
    Embody this understanding in everyday life—living as loving beingness in action, expressing unconditional presence, love, and oneness.

Led by Freyja, each session is shaped by your experience and interests and presumes we are loving beingness speaking.

Mentoring is grounded in compassion, presence, and clarity.
