An online and live gathering for those sharing the message of non-duality
With Freyja Theaker
Radical Non-Duality · Embodied Wholeness · The Universal Family Metaphor
The Invitation
This day is for those drawn to speak, write, or live from the recognition that there is no separate self, for those already sharing this message, or beginning to give voice to it in their lives, work, or communities. Living Free of Fear is a one-day, three-session gathering that explores how the message of non-duality can be expressed with clarity, compassion, and simplicity. It brings together the uncompromising openness of radical non-duality with a grounded understanding of human needs and embodied well-being. There are no practices, techniques, or prescriptions, simply open dialogue and shared exploration in the presence of what is.
What We Will Explore
Across three 90-minute dialogue sessions we will explore the living expression of non-duality through open conversation and shared reflection.
Speaking the Unspeakable — Express non-duality in natural, everyday language, communicating the incommunicable without losing its essence. Here we open dialogue on both the ontological nature of what is being expressed and the pedagogical approach through which it can be shared.
The Universal Family Metaphor — A fresh way of illuminating how mind and body arise within wholeness, bridging radical insight with lived human experience.
Living Free of Fear — Exploring how life unfolds effortlessly when the sense of ‘me’ softens, and how the nourishment of body and mind appears naturally within that freedom. Here we consider the natural reparenting of the mind and body, the gentle restoration of harmony as the belief in separation falls away, and the innate wholeness of being expresses itself through ease, trust, and vitality.
Throughout the day there is spacious dialogue, reflection, and gentle exploration, not as concepts but as direct recognition.
The Heart of the Message
Beneath all that appears, the world, the body, the thought of ‘me’, there is only wholeness, already complete and free. The Universal Family metaphor gently points to this: the mind and body are expressions of the same aliveness, never apart from the source they arise from. When the story of ‘me’ softens, what remains is life living itself, open, effortless, and free of fear.
Who Is This For?
This gathering is especially for those who feel moved to share or deepen the message of non-duality, whether privately, professionally, or through creative expression. It may particularly resonate with:
Therapists, counsellors, and coaches who weave non-dual understanding into their work with others
Leaders and facilitators who draw on non-duality in how they guide or communicate
Meditation teachers who are moving beyond method and wish to speak from direct recognition
Teachers, writers, and communicators who wish to express the message with clarity and authenticity
Those living or speaking from awakening who are exploring how to articulate this recognition in contemporary, everyday language
No prior study or background is needed, only openness and curiosity.
