A Warm Welcome To Naturally Being

What if?

What if you were breathing in boundless love, not air?

What if you were talking to love, not a person?

What if you were eating love, not food, and drinking love, not water?

What if you were love?

Everything would be a miracle of love.

Everything would be equal. And you would be everything.

Instead of looking for the next big thing to please you, you would be pleased by even the smallest thing appearing.

Everything would be an endless dance of love in this moment, never a sense of boredom, but ceaseless aliveness.

Not expecting anything. Just allowing everything.

And all the while, whatever your mind says, remaining open to the possibility that you don’t know this isn't the true reality.

Not what they told you in school.

What if?

Welcome,

Existence is always one whole, complete, impersonal, alive beingness. This is our actual experience all the time. Though we may think of ourselves as separate persons, in fact, this is simply a conceptualisation, the mind imposing personhood on beingness. It identifies that beingness with the visceral experience of the body, which gives rise to psychological suffering. We cannot even say this is a misunderstanding, though it certainly feels unpleasant. It is the common experience of most minds. But at some point, there may be a falling away of this separate personal conceptualisation of self, revealing the undefinable wholeness that is always present.

This shift is not something gained, but rather the uncovering of what was never lost. It opens us to the possibility of living fully, present, free from fear, and able to enjoy life as it unfolds, moment by moment. In this, we discover a profoundly beautiful way to live, no matter what our circumstances. From this shift, language becomes a metaphorical pointer. It can never fully describe what is, but it can offer glimpses. Through open dialogue, listening to metaphors, and gentle inquiry into the nature of bodily and mental experience, the source, aware beingness, may be clearly seen and recognised. This is also a common experience among those whose sense of separation has fallen away into wholeness.

Naturally Being offers various gatherings (described on the Gatherings page), as well as the book Naturally Being and regular writings on Substack that describe and point to this. These are offered not as teachings or tools to “achieve” anything, but as supportive spaces, places where clarity may arise, not through effort, but through shared presence. You won’t learn anything at a Naturally Being gathering, because there is no “you” to learn, but there may be a return to what has always been whole. These gatherings are an experiment in simply being.

There are no teachers, no gurus, no one selling wisdom or insight. Just human minds pointing to a deeper reality together, not gaining, but uncovering, not fixing, but feeling, not teaching, but listening. Every voice is welcome. Every silence is honoured. No insight is above another. The space is small, intentional, and not-for-profit, held only to cover the cost of coming together. Here, all minds are gently invited to rest, to relax self-consciousness, and return to the safety and wholeness of what is already present.

This work is for everyone, regardless of intellectual background or material circumstances. If you feel drawn to this way of living and would like to speak with me directly, you’re warmly invited to get in touch. I’d be glad to connect.

The book Naturally Being is available on Amazon and join the Naturally Being Substack for regular writings.

Are You Ready to Explore?

The following questions are designed to help you reflect on whether you're ready to engage with the direct path of non-duality, a radical but profoundly compassionate approach to truth, freedom and inner peace at the core of Naturally Being. You don’t need to answer “yes” to all of them; rather, see if they resonate or spark curiosity within you.

  • Are you seeking a lasting source of peace, safety and fulfilment beyond the fleeting highs of achievements, relationships, material success or self-help techniques?

  • Are you feeling your needs are not met but are feeling blocked by limiting beliefs to achieving them?

  • Do you feel drawn to understand and transform psychological suffering—not just manage it—through a deeper insight into the nature of mind, emotion and identity?

  • Are you open to the possibility that who you believe yourself to be—and the reality you perceive—might not be the full truth, and that a more profound way of seeing is possible?

  • Have you begun to notice that joy, love and meaning are not tied to circumstances, but seem to arise naturally when you’re deeply present or at ease?

  • Do you long to live from a place of inner (psychological) freedom, where qualities like compassion, clarity, intelligence and gratitude flow effortlessly, regardless of external outcomes?

  • Are you willing to question deeply held beliefs, face inner resistance, and explore what lies beyond thought, identity and egoic patterns such as fear, shame or guilt?

  • Have you ever sensed—or glimpsed—a quiet, unchanging awareness behind all experience, and felt a mysterious pull to return to that stillness or truth?

  • Do you find yourself drawn to understanding that goes beyond doctrines, rituals or belief systems?

  • Are you ready to explore, not by adding more knowledge, but by unlearning and letting go of what no longer serves your inner peace?

  • Are you looking for understanding that is explained in down to earth ways and that is compatible with modern psychology?

You are invited to rediscover your essential innate nature that is the source of a sense of indestructible wholeness and aliveness no matter what the circumstances; learn to shed self-limiting beliefs, heal mental wounds, and live free of fear with joyful enthusiasm. Explore the Gatherings to find out how to take part or read the Start Here menu option for more explanation, or email me directly.
